Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of cathode roller titanium cylinder machining, and particularly discloses a phi 2700 cathode roller titanium cylinder forge piece hot working forming method which comprises the steps that raw material smelting and ingot making are conducted, specifically, titanium sponge is subjected to vacuum smelting, and an ingot casting is formed; forging the cast ingot to prepare a blank, namely performing blank preparation by adopting four-heating-number forging to form a blank; ring rolling and forging, wherein two-fire forming is adopted in the forging process; and annealing the cathode roller. Through the special process control design of the technical scheme, the overall performance in the aspect of product quality is greatly improved.
