The device has the beneficial effects that the top supporting ring is fixed at the top end of the transducer shell, and the top supporting ring is used for supporting the guide assembly and the bottom side conductive slip ring to rotate, so that the transducer shell and the amplitude-change pole can be rotated without separating a wire, and a tool head and a waveguide can be screwed and connected con
