The preparation method of the titanium silicalite molecular sieve/glass bead composite material comprises the following steps: placing a titanium silicalite molecular sieve mother solution and glass beads in a micro reaction device with an equivalent diameter of 1.6-16mm, heating the micro reaction device to enable the titanium silicalite molecular sieve mother solution to be crystallized and enable the titanium silicalite molecular sieve to be loaded on the surfaces of the glass beads, and preparing the titanium silicalite molecular sieve/glass bead composite material. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the growth cycle can be shortened, and the prepared titanium silicalite molecular sieve/glass bead composite material is more uniform in particle size.
