The low-GI pure plant-based peptide composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-10 parts of cereal powder, 0.5-5 parts of tea protein, 0.5-5 parts of coconut protein isolate, 1-5 parts of micrococcus powder, 1-10 parts of DHA algal oil powder, 0.5-5 parts of rice oligopeptide, 1-5 parts of an oriental cherry flower extract and 0.1-5 parts of a stevia rebaudiana extract.
