The method comprises the following steps: establishing a frequency modulation optimization target model of the multi-region power system under the installation constraint of the energy storage battery, inputting the adjustment power of the energy storage battery into the model, outputting frequency deviation and tie line power deviation, and performing frequency modulation control on the multi-region power system.
