Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cross calibration method of a cross-instrument LIBS (laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy) spectrum. Compared with the prior art, the method comprises the following steps: extracting LIBS spectrums of a reference spectrum and a to-be-calibrated spectrum in a channel with the same wavelength range, and performing data processing by using a data interpolation method; calculating a conversion relation of a spectrum intensity unit, and converting the intensity unit of the spectrum to be calibrated into the intensity unit of the reference spectrum; calculating the intensity ratio of the LIBS spectrum obtained for the same target on each pixel, and using the ratio to correct the intensity of the spectrum to be calibrated; and carrying out spectrum peak position correction on the to-be-calibrated spectrum by taking the reference spectrum as a reference.
