Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a microfluidic-based large-view-field fluorescence detection optical system which comprises a light source, a microarray lens group, an excitation optical filter and a dichroscope which are sequentially arranged along a first light path, and a sample platform, an emission optical filter, a large-view-field aberration-eliminating objective lens and camera equipment which are sequentially arranged along a second light path, the dichroscope is placed at an angle of 45 degrees with the sample platform and is arranged between the sample platform and the emission optical filter, and the second optical path is perpendicular to the first optical path; wherein the microarray lens group consists of a collimating lens, a first microarray lens, a second microarray lens and a positive lens which are arranged in sequence. According to the invention, large-field-of-view fluorescent droplet detection is realized through a special structural design, a 20mm * 15mm fluorescent droplet image can be obtaine
