Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a whole blood physical and biochemical change detection method and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: collecting an image of blood on a glass slide in real time through an optical coherence tomography system, and storing the image until the blood is completely coagulated; reconstructing the acquired image through a speckle variance algorithm to obtain a blood speckle image; acquiring whole blood features of the blood through the blood speckle image; and obtaining the whole blood physical change process or biochemical change process of the blood according to the obtained whole blood characteristics of the blood.
