Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a hydraulic control system for engineering machinery and the engineering machinery. The hydraulic control system comprises a rotation subsystem, an air conditioner subsystem and a control valve set. The rotation subsystem is connected with a hydraulic oil way of the air conditioner subsystem in parallel, and the first hydraulic motor and the second hydraulic motor share the same hydraulic source. The control valve set is arranged between the hydraulic source and the rotation subsystem and between the hydraulic source and the air conditioner subsystem so that hydraulic oil provided by the hydraulic source can be independently supplied to the air conditioner subsystem, or the hydraulic oil provided by the hydraulic source can be supplied to the rotation subsystem and the air conditioner subsystem at the same time.
