Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of heterogeneous palladium catalysts, in particular to preparation and application of a thiazole column [n] arene/palladium complex used for catalyzing Buchwald-Hartwisting arylation reaction, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) column [n] arene, 4-methyl-5-hydroxyethyl thiazole and a solvent anhydrous acetonitrile are subjected to reflux heating, filtering is performed after reaction, and diethyl ether is used for washing and drying; and (2) reacting the thiazole-containing column [n] arene, palladium acetate and a solvent N, N-dimethylformamide at 80-120 DEG C, and recrystallizing in acetonitrile after the reaction to obtain the thiazole-containing column [n] arene/palladium complex. The thiazole column [n]-containing aromatic hydrocarbon/palladium complex shows extremely high catalytic activity (the conversion frequency (TOF) is as high as 10650h ) in the process of catalyzing Buchwald-Hartwisting arylation reaction.
