Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of electric heating elements, in particular to a thermal-shock-resistant silicon carbide electric heating element and a processing technology thereof.The thermal-shock-resistant silicon carbide electric heating element is prepared by using in-situ nanowire toughened silicon carbide synthesized by a polycarbosilane and ferrocene modified organic framework as an original part of the electric heating element, and then sequentially performing chemical vapor infiltration and precursor impregnation, cracking and conversion, thereby obtaining the thermal-shock-resistant silicon carbide electric heating element.
