The microcrystalline glass comprises a spinel crystal phase with the crystallinity greater than 20%; the microcrystalline glass comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35% < = SiO2 < = 55%, 15% < = Al2O3 < = 35%, 0% < = Li2O < 1%, 0% < = MgO < = 10%, 0% < = Na2O < = 15%, 5% < = ZnO < = 15%, 0% < = ZrO2 < = 6%, and 0% < = TiO2 < = 6%. The composition of the microcrystalline glass meets the following conditions in percentage by mass: greater than or equal to 67% of SiO2 and Al2O3, greater than or equal to 3% and less than or equal to 8% of ZrO2 and TiO2, less than or equal to 16% of MgO and ZnO, and less than or equal to 0.11 of Li2O/(MgO and ZnO).
