Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel system and method for preparing coal-based delimed carbon. A high-pressure reaction kettle is used in the alkali washing step, so that silicon dioxide and aluminum-containing minerals in the coal can be removed to the greatest extent, and indexes such as ash content and metal element content of a coal sample obtained after acid-alkali deliming meet requirements. A KOH activation method is used for activating deashed coal to obtain a deashed carbon product, high-temperature nitrogen needs to be used for maintaining the atmosphere and temperature in an activation furnace in the activation process, and the high-temperature nitrogen discharged from the activation furnace passes through an energy gradient utilization system and a nitrogen recovery system, so that the energy utilization rate and the nitrogen recovery rate are improved to the maximum extent.
