Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses Ag3PO4/Mxene-PEG-FA-TPP nano particles as well as a preparation method and application of the Ag3PO4/Mxene-PEG-FA-TPP nano particles, and belongs to the technical field of nano-material anti-tumor drugs. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing an Mxene nano material, then adding AgNO3 for reduction to obtain an Ag3PO4/Mxene compound, reacting the Ag3PO4/Mxene compound with NH2-PEG-NH2 to obtain Ag3PO4/Mxene-PEG, and sequentially grafting folic acid (FA) and 3-carboxypropyl triphenylphosphonium bromide (TPP) to obtain Ag3PO4/Mxene-PEG-FA-TPP.
