Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a subcutaneous tunnel device assembly for artificial blood vessel internal arteriovenous fistula, which comprises a dilator, a guide wire and a sleeve. The two dilators are of a cylindrical structure with the two ends open, and each dilator is provided with a bendable section. The sleeve is provided with a sleeve cavity matched with the artificial blood vessel; the guide wire is arranged in a communicated inner cavity formed by the two dilators in an abutting mode. The bendable sections can enable the two dilators to be bent and deformed respectively to be matched with a preset path of a subcutaneous tunnel, the dilators are placed subcutaneously from skin incisions respectively, and then a continuously bent U-shaped subcutaneous tunnel can be established through end abutting, so that the skin incisions are reduced, the surgical injury is small, and concurrent infection can be prevented.
