The plate member has formed therein: an inflow section (626) which is provided at one end of the refrigerant flow path and through which the refrigerant flows into the refrigerant flow path; an outflow section (632) that is provided at the other end of the refrigerant flow path and that causes the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant flow path to flow out; a recessed portion (633) disposed adjacent to either the inflow portion or the outflow portion; a communication path (636) that communicates either the inflow part or the outflow part with the recess; and a partition wall (641) that partitions the refrigerant flow path and the communication path.
