Zusammenfassung:The present invention is a method for producing an olefin polymer, which is characterized by polymerizing an olefin in the presence of a catalyst composition containing a compound represented by general formula (A) or general formula (B) and a transition metal compound represented by general formula (C), or in the presence of a metal complex represented by general formula (D) (wherein the definitions in the general formulae are as described in the specification).
