Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant isolating membrane which comprises a porous membrane and a heat strengthening layer, the porous membrane is provided with a polyolefin porous base material and an inorganic layer, the inorganic layer comprises a plurality of inorganic particles and an adhesive, and the inorganic layer is formed on at least one surface of the polyolefin porous base material. The polyolefin porous base material and the inorganic layer are provided with a plurality of porous structures which are communicated with one another; the heat strengthening layer is formed on the surface of the porous membrane and the inner walls of the plurality of porous structures, the heat strengthening layer is a composite layer, and the composite layer is formed by cross-linking titanium alkoxide and a photoreactant with polyolefin and/or an adhesive on the surface of the porous membrane and the inner walls of the porous structures.
