The coated lithium manganese iron phosphate positive electrode material comprises a first lithium manganese iron phosphate material coating layer, a second lithium manganese iron phosphate material coating layer and a third lithium manganese iron phosphate material coating layer, the surface of the lithium manganese iron phosphate material is coated with the first coating layer, the first coating layer is made of carbon, and the carbon is derived from an organic matter; the second coating layer coats the surface of the first coating layer; the third coating layer coats the surface of the second coating layer; and the second coating layer and the third coating layer are respectively and independently made of magnesium and/or tellurium.
