The invention discloses an aging method of a laminated aluminum capacitor. The aging method comprises the following steps: 1) installing the capacitor on an aging clamp with a current limiting element; (2) putting the aging clamp with the current limiting element into a drying oven, and switching on an aging power supply; (3) carrying out current-limiting aging on the capacitor by adopting the first type of voltage sections which are increased in sequence; (4) after current-limiting aging is finished, the capacitor is installed on the aging clamp of the current-limiting diode; 5) putting the aging clamp of the current-free diode into a drying oven, and switching on an aging power supply; and 6) carrying out current-limiting-free aging on the capacitor by adopting the second type of voltage sections which are increased in sequence.
