The method comprises the following steps: performing compound preprocessing on multi-frame radar data; carrying out point cloud conversion processing on the rectangular coordinate system to obtain three-dimensional spherical coordinate point cloud data under a non-standard spherical coordinate system; performing point cloud reconstruction processing on the spherical coordinate system to generate a two-dimensional reconstruction image; and matching the two-dimensional reconstructed image with the radar map to complete the composition of the radar image pixel and the rectangular coordinate three-dimensional point cloud.
