Comprising a score obtaining module, a grouping and ranking module, a value-added score assigning module and a teaching evaluation module, and the score obtaining module is used for obtaining pre-test scores and post-test scores of all students in an investigation range; the grouping and ranking module is used for grouping all the students according to the pretest scores, and obtaining score rankings of the students in each group according to the posttest scores; the value-added score assignment module is used for performing value-added score assignment on the scores of each group of students according to the score ranking to obtain the value-added scores of the students; and the teaching evaluation module is used for obtaining a teaching quality evaluation result of the school or the teacher according to the appreciation scores of the students.
