Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the field of intelligent construction sites, and particularly provides an intelligent construction site personnel management system, which comprises an intelligent safety helmet; an identity authentication chip is arranged on the intelligent safety helmet; a server; the server stores engineering project and human resource information; a resource matching module is further embedded in the server; the resource matching module matches the engineering project with human resources; the server issues personnel scheduling information and a construction calendar to related personnel, and writes the scheduling information and the construction calendar into an identity authentication chip of the related personnel; a face recognition attendance gate is arranged in a construction site project; the server is connected with the server; comparing for two times, releasing after success, and starting attendance timing; and the face recognition attendance gate sends the attendance information to the se
