Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a blast furnace design method and system based on digital twinning. The method comprises the steps that a blast furnace geometric model is established according to blast furnace geometric dimension parameters; establishing a blast furnace mathematical model for the blast furnace geometric model according to a fluid mechanics calculation method, and solving the mathematical model to establish a digital twinborn model of the blast furnace; inputting boundary conditions into the digital twin model according to the operation parameters, and calculating to obtain a blast furnace reaction process; the reaction process parameters comprise blast furnace internal temperature field and flow field distribution, and furnace top material distribution and cooling system design parameters are determined; and optimizing the geometric dimension of the blast furnace, recalculating and comparing the economic indexes of the blast furnace, and outputting the furnace profile design parameters of the blast fu
