The method comprises the following steps: taking a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) of a target application as a process identifier; when the starter starts the target application, setting a session ID in the environment variable, and starting the monitoring program; the monitoring process judges whether the current running process belongs to a sub-process started by the current application program or not by acquiring a specified environment variable value of the current running process, acquires a process list and tracks a target application and other processes started by the target application; the process needing to be ignored is determined by setting the blacklist, finally whether the remote application exits or not is determined through the PID of the target application, the environment variable and the blacklist, and if the remote application exits, the session is actively logged out.
