The invention provides a touch display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method of the touch display panel. The touch display panel comprises a substrate; the display area and the transition area are arranged on the substrate and provided with a first area and a second area, and the first area is adjacent to the display area; the plurality of first pixel electrodes are arranged in the display area; the plurality of second pixel electrodes are arranged in the transition area; a plurality of data lines electrically connected to the plurality of first pixel electrodes; the plurality of first touch electrodes are arranged in the display area; the plurality of second touch electrodes are arranged in the transition area; the plurality of touch electrode wires are electrically connected to the plurality of first touch electrodes; wherein the second pixel electrodes in the first area are electrically connected to the plurality of data lines, the second pixel electrodes in the second area are not electricall
