METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRESENTING A GUIDED STREAM SESSION

The invention relates to a method and a device for presenting a guided stretch session. In some implementations, a method includes obtaining a user profile and head pose information of a user while presenting a 3D environment; determining a location of a visual cue within the 3D environment for a first portion of the guided stretch session based on the user profile and the head pose information; presenting the visual cues and direction indicators at the determined locations within the 3D environment; and in response to detecting a change to the head pose information: updating a position of the direction indicator based on the change to the head pose information; and providing at least one of audio, tactile, or visual feedback indicating that a first one of the visual cues has completed for the first portion of the guided stretch session in accordance with a determination that the change in the head pose information satisfies a criterion associated with the first one of the visual cues. 本公开涉及"用于呈现引导式拉伸会话的方法和设备
