Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a biochemical small molecule metabolite time-of-flight mass spectrometry detection technology, and particularly discloses a method for time-of-flight mass spectrometry detection by using a cobalt carbide nano-material matrix, which comprises the following steps: S1, adding precooled ethanol into a metabolite to be detected, oscillating to completely precipitate protein in the metabolite to be detected under the action of ethanol, and collecting a precipitate; then carrying out centrifugal treatment, and taking supernate as detection liquid; s2, measuring the detection liquid, applying the detection liquid to a target plate, naturally airing, covering with a cobalt carbide nano material matrix dispersion liquid, and naturally drying to obtain a marker sample; and S3, sending the marker sample into a mass spectrometer, and carrying out MALDI-TOF MS analysis.
