The invention discloses a methanol fuel injector, an engine and a vehicle, and the methanol fuel injector comprises a valve sleeve with a valve cavity formed inside; the valve seat is arranged at one end of the valve sleeve and is provided with an oil spraying opening and a sealing hole which are communicated with the valve cavity; the valve rod is movably arranged in the valve cavity; the oil outlet structure is arranged on the valve rod, the oil outlet structure at least has two oil outlet directions and is perpendicular to the axial direction of the valve rod, and the radial acting force on the valve rod in different oil outlet directions counteracts each other when fuel is sprayed out, so that the valve rod is kept balanced in the moving process in the valve cavity; the valve ball is arranged at the end, close to the oil spraying opening, of the valve rod, and the valve ball synchronously moves along with the valve rod so as to be matched with the sealing hole to enable the oil spraying opening to be open
