Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a gradient ceramic reinforced silver-based composite low-infrared-emissivity coating and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of metal plating. The gradient ceramic reinforced silver-based composite low-infrared-emissivity coating comprises a base layer, a transition layer and a top layer which are sequentially stacked, the base layer, the transition layer and the top layer all comprise ceramic and silver; the ceramic content of the base layer is 50-70 vol%, the ceramic content of the transition layer is 30-50 vol%, and the ceramic content of the top layer is 5-15 vol%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating the metal matrix, and then spraying the metal matrix by adopting an over-speed flame spraying technology; and in the spraying treatment process, the ceramic powder and the silver powder are simultaneously and independently fed.
