According to the preparation method, pure zinc melt is pressed into gaps among zinc-calcium compound CaZn2 particles which are stacked together and have high calcium content, and calcium elements on the surface layers of the CaZn2 particles are diffused into the zinc melt under the high-temperature action of the zinc melt and react with zinc to generate a zinc-calcium compound CaZn13 with low calcium content and the like. The composite material completely composed of the zinc-calcium compound is obtained.
