By constructing hUC-MSC capable of stably overexpressing IL-32 and researching biological characteristics of the hUC-MSC, it is found that compared with normal MSC, the osteogenic differentiation function of the IL-32 is affected, it is indicated that the osteogenic differentiation function of the hUC-MSC can be effectively regulated and controlled by the IL-32, osteogenic differentiation of the hUC-MSC can be known more clearly, and a guiding effect is achieved for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
