description The invention relates to application of IL-32 in regulation and control of mesenchymal stem cell osteogenic differentiation. According to the application, the function of the IL-32 for regulating and controlling the osteogenic differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells and the possible action mechanism of the IL-32 are researched, and the possibility is provided for taking the IL-32 as a product for regulating and controlling the osteogenic differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells. By constructing hUC-MSC capable of stably overexpressing IL-32 and researching biological characteristics of the hUC-MSC, it is found that compared with normal MSC, the osteogenic differentiation function of the IL-32 is affected, it is indicated that the osteogenic differentiation function of the hUC-MSC can be effectively regulated and controlled by the IL-32, osteogenic differentiation of the hUC-MSC can be known more clearly, and a guiding effect is achieved for clinical treatment of osteoporosis.
