The high-temperature-resistant rubber and plastic fire-fighting boot is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40.2100.5 part of thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, 15 to 20 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 2.8 to 5.6 parts of vulcanizing agent, 2.63.4 parts of plasticizer, 3.6 to 8.2 parts of rubber accelerator, 1.55.6 parts of stearic acid, 2.8 to 4.9 parts of silane coupling agent, 5.6 to 7.8 parts of titanium silicide, 15 to 40 parts of white carbon black, 6.6 to 9.3 parts of active agent and 20 to 30 parts of modified organic silicon resin.
