Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a Q550D high-strength steel flat robot automatic welding method which comprises the following steps: (1) welding groove processing is carried out, no truncated edge is left, and a groove root gap is 1-3mm; (2) welding a base coat by adopting solid argon-rich gas shielded welding; (3) welding a filling layer by adopting flux-cored wire CO2 gas shielded welding; and (4) a flux-cored wire CO2 gas protection robot is adopted for automatic welding to conduct cover layer welding.
