Handwriting recognition system and recognition method based on dot matrix paper pen

The handwriting recognition system comprises dot matrix paper, a handwriting terminal and an intelligent terminal, a plurality of input boxes with specific information are arranged on the dot matrix paper, characters are handwritten in the input boxes of the dot matrix paper through the handwriting terminal, and the handwriting terminal continuously takes pictures in the handwriting process. A shot picture is converted into coordinate point data and then transmitted to an identification module, the identification module receives the coordinate data, handwriting data in an input box is input into an identification model in a character string format, and an identification result is obtained after noise reduction preprocessing, feature extraction and modeling analysis, model identification and post-processing. According to the method, a handwriting recognition scheme based on an input box is adopted, a dot matrix technology is utilized, deep learning, machine learning and computer vision are combined, an online
