Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an endocannabinoid biomarker composition and a detection method, the biomarker composition comprises the following components: AEA, OEA, LEA, PEA or SEA, and the detection method comprises the following steps: (1) providing a sample comprising blood or tissue from a detection object; (2) pre-treating the sample to obtain a sample to be detected; and (3) carrying out separation and analysis detection on the to-be-detected sample by adopting an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry system to obtain the content of AEA, OEA, LEA, PEA or SEA in the sample.
