Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of in-vitro diagnosis, in particular to a joint detection kit for detecting prostate diseases. The invention provides an acid phosphatase detection reagent which comprises a pH value detection reagent, a peroxidase detection reagent, an elastase detection reagent, a lecithin small body detection reagent, a citric acid detection reagent, a zinc detection reagent and mild reaction conditions. The rapid distinguishing detection of inflammatory and non-inflammatory prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia and non-prostatic genital tract infection can be realized through one detection card. A one-step reaction scheme suitable for dry chemical method determination of acid phosphatase and lecithin in seminal plasma is explored through a large number of experiments, a stop buffer does not need to be added, one-step reaction is achieved, reaction conditions are mild, and damage to operators and full-automatic instruments is avoided.
