The device is mainly composed of a micron beam and a micro force generator which are fixed in a test box, the micro force generator firstly applies micro force to the midpoint of the micron beam in air, the midpoint displacement value of the micron beam under the action is measured, then liquid is injected around the micron beam, at the moment, due to the surface tension action, the midpoint displacement is reduced, and the micro force is measured. A new displacement value is measured, and the solid-liquid surface tension of the soft material can be calculated according to the ratio of the two displacement values.
