The porous sulfide single crystal material contains 10-1000nm pores. The material has a porous, large-size and self-supporting structure; when the material is a blocky single crystal, the material has potential application in thermoelectricity as a new material. According to the method, the characteristic that crystal structures of A or AB metal oxide, nitride, phosphide and fluoride single crystals are similar to crystal structures of binary metal sulfide AmSn and ternary metal sulfide AmBySn sulfide single crystals is utilized; the A or AB metal oxide, nitride, phosphide and fluoride single-crystal substrate and sulfur-containing gas are subjected to sulfuration conversion from outside to inside at a high temperature to grow the porous sulfide single-crystal porous thermoelectric material, and other products are completely volatilized; the method is simple to operate, good in repeatabili |
