The fluorine-containing glass is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 46.2 to 60 percent of SiO2, 9 to 26.3 percent of Al2O3, 0 to 11.5 percent of K2O, 11.7 to 16.5 percent of MgO, 0 to 5.1 percent of Na2O, 0 to 1 percent of Li2O, 20 to 3.9 percent of ZrO, 0 to 8.5 percent of B2O3, 50 to 2 percent of P2O, 0 to 4 percent of CaO and 2.5 to 6.3 percent of F, the fluorine-containing glass contains a nano crystal nucleus, and the crystal phase of the fluorine-containing glass contains fluorophlogopite or sodium fluorophlogopite.
