Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of biological medicine, in particular to CSF1R and new application of an inhibitor of the CSF1R. The invention discloses application of CSF1R as a target spot in screening intervention drugs of anesthetics such as a GABAA receptor, an NMDA receptor and a beta2A receptor. The invention further discloses an application of the CSF1R inhibitor, namely the PLX5622, in preparation of intervention drugs of GABAA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), NMDA (N-methyldiethanolamine) and beta2A receptor anesthetics at the same time. According to the invention, the consciousness loss duration induced by GABAA, NMDA and beta2A receptor anesthetics can be obviously shortened.
