Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a composition containing lactobacillus paracasei and application of the composition to inhibition of nasopharyngeal carcinoma through pyroptosis and cell cycle arrest. The present invention relates to a nasopharyngeal carcinoma composition which comprises, as an active ingredient, Lactobacillus paracasei GMNL-653 or a heat-killing whole cell solution thereof, and which inhibits the growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells or reduces the probability of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumor formation via pyroptosis or cell cycle arrest without permeating a mechanism that elicits apoptosis. 一种包含副干酪乳杆菌的组合物、及其经由细胞焦亡、细胞周期停滞而抑制鼻咽癌的用途；将包含副干酪乳杆菌GMNL-653或其热杀死全菌液作为有效成分，经由细胞焦亡、或细胞周期停滞且在不透过引发细胞凋亡的机制的情况下，抑制鼻咽癌细胞生长或降低鼻咽癌肿瘤生成的机率。
