Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for acquiring a single photon signal or an isolated very small number of photon signals of electrochemical luminescence. An electrochemical luminescence reaction system and a photon signal acquisition system are included; an electrochemical luminescence reaction is triggered in the electrochemical luminescence reaction system; the photon signal acquisition system is used for acquiring a single photon signal or an isolated very small number of photon signals released by the electrochemical luminescence reaction. Wherein a single photon signal or an isolated very small number of photon signals is generated by a single molecule electrochemical reaction. According to the electrochemical luminescence imaging system and the application thereof, the imaging resolution can be improved, the optical diffraction limit is broken through to realize super-resolution, and the resolution of an image obtained by adopting the method for imaging can be reduced to be within the Abbe diffraction |
