Zusammenfassung:A method of detecting and sorting antigen-specific T cell receptors, which utilizes a microfluidic technique to prepare droplets containing only one TCR expression cell and thereby achieve high throughput detection and sorting of different TCRs. By means of the droplet microfluidic technology, millions of droplets can be prepared at a time, antigen specificity detection of cells can be independently completed in the droplets, and compared with detection of cell interaction in a pore plate, flux is remarkably improved. 一种检测和分选抗原特异性T细胞受体的方法,所述方法利用微流控技术来制备仅包含一个TCR表达细胞的液滴,并由此实现对不同TCR的高通量检测和分选。借助液滴微流控技术,可以一次性制备上百万个液滴,细胞可以在液滴内独立地完成抗原特异性的检测,相对在孔板内检测细胞相互作用,通量显著提高。
