Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of on-chip interconnection, in particular to a voltage regulation method and system applied to an on-chip charge recovery interconnection line, and the method comprises the steps: calculating a first data activity difference caused by the transmission of data in an upper channel and a lower channel of the charge recovery-based interconnection line in a current period; on the basis of the first data activity difference, accumulating a second data activity difference caused when data of a plurality of past periods are transmitted in upper and lower channels of the interconnection line to obtain a data total activity difference; when the data total activity difference exceeds a first threshold value, voltage compensation is carried out on the intermediate voltage of the upper channel and the lower channel so as to stabilize the intermediate voltage, and the voltage compensation and charging and discharging of the intermediate voltage are carried out at the same time.
