Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a reset circuit, in particular to a high-reliability power-on reset circuit with two-stage hysteresis. The circuit is characterized by comprising a power supply, a first-stage hysteresis circuit, a second-stage hysteresis circuit and an output circuit. The power supply is in adaptive connection with the first-stage hysteresis circuit and the second-stage hysteresis circuit and is used for providing driving voltage for the first-stage hysteresis circuit and the second-stage hysteresis circuit. The first-stage hysteresis circuit is adaptively connected with the second-stage hysteresis circuit, the second-stage hysteresis circuit is adaptively connected with the output circuit, and bias voltage generates a control signal through the first-stage hysteresis circuit and the second-stage hysteresis circuit and forms a reset signal through the output circuit. The reset circuit can avoid the problem of no reset, and is good in reliability.
