The energy recovery device comprises a piezoelectric vibration beam, a vibration ball, a cross-shaped hollow pipe, a bearing base and an electric control storage system. The power control storage system comprises a piezoelectric ceramic patch, a wire, a power storage device and a microcontroller. The upper end of the piezoelectric vibration beam is fixedly connected with the vibration ball, the lower end of the piezoelectric vibration beam is fixedly connected with the center of the cross-shaped hollow pipe, and the periphery of the cross-shaped hollow pipe is fixedly connected with the bearing base which is installed in the drill rod.
