The method comprises the following steps of: arranging a voltage detection module between a power equipment circuit breaker and power equipment, and detecting three-phase ground voltage at the side of the power equipment, three-phase voltage of a bus and three-phase current of the power equipment through the voltage detection module; comparing and analyzing the detected three-phase ground voltage of the power equipment side and the three-phase voltage of the bus according to the comparison result and the three-phase current of the power equipment, judging and determining whether the operation state of the three-phase circuit breaker of the power equipment is in a closing state or an opening state, and analyzing whether the three-phase circuit breaker is in non-full-phase operation or not; according to the method, the abnormal operation state of the power equipment is mon
