Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a bio-based silicon-carbon negative electrode material, a preparation method thereof and a lithium ion battery, the method comprises the following steps: pre-treating the bio-based silicon-carbon negative electrode material by using an acid solution, calcining the pre-treated product, and introducing a carbon source gas in a constant temperature section of the calcination for vapor deposition; wherein the temperature of the constant temperature section is 600-1000 DEG C, and the carbon source gas is selected from hydrocarbon with the carbon atom number of 1-8. According to the preparation method, the bio-based silicon-carbon negative electrode material with relatively low specific surface area and relatively high cycling stability can be obtained, and the problems of excessive electrolyte consumption caused by high specific surface area and instability of a solid electrolyte interface film caused by volume expansion in a silicon cycling process are effectively solved; and the first-ci |
