Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a defect detection and repair method for insufficient resin filling in the DLP 3D printing process, and relates to the field of intelligent control and image processing. The method can adapt to different resin materials and equipment. According to the method, an optical camera is adopted to collect a printing scene image, and the collected image is cut based on position information of an exposure area and is aligned with a slice image; further performing clustering segmentation on the acquired printing area image by adopting a K-Means method through a contrast enhancement method, and mapping a shot defect area into an actual slice in cooperation with an image post-processing method; and then aiming at the detected position information of the defect area, designing a slice global optimization repair algorithm by changing the gray levels of different pixel points at the defect position, and realizing repair of the defect problem caused by insufficient filling.
